Mystery Packs are randomized products.
• Each Mystery Pack contains one (1) item selected at random from the items listed on the official product list displayed on this product page at the time of purchase.
• Contents are pre-packed and randomly assorted. Specific items, values, or outcomes are not guaranteed.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree:
• Items are distributed randomly
• Customers cannot choose, request, or reserve specific items
• Duplicate items may occur when purchasing multiple packs
• Pack contents are determined prior to shipment or stream fulfillment
• Every pack is a surprise. That’s part of the fun and part of the agreement.
Stream & Supply does not guarantee:
• Specific cards, products, or rarities
• Resale or graded value
• Secondary market pricing
• Equal value distribution across all packs
Due to the randomized and collectible nature of Mystery Packs:
• All Mystery Pack purchases are FINAL SALE.
Mystery Packs are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless:
• The item arrives damaged, or
• The wrong product was shipped
• Return eligibility does not apply based on pack contents or perceived value.
Mystery Packs are only covered under Stream & Supply policies when purchased:
• Directly through the official Stream & Supply website
• Products purchased through third-party sellers, resellers, or secondary marketplaces are not eligible for support, refunds, or claims.
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier:
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer
• Stream & Supply is not responsible for carrier delays, theft, or delivery issues
• Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.
Stream & Supply reserves the right to:
• Cancel suspicious orders
• Limit quantities
• Refuse service
• Void transactions involving abuse, manipulation, or chargebacks
